We have in house laboratory and R & D Centre equipped with modern equipments to test the physical, chemical and Microbiological parameters of PDW, Raw Water and carbonated Soda Water conferring to IS: 14543. The fully air conditioned Laboratory designed and setup to meet the international standards is equipped with all necessary equipments for testing of day to day batches and also for further research works. There is another laboratory for testing the Pet Bottles and Pet Jars. Different testing parameter of plastic containers are regularly done conferring to IS : 15410:2003.

Technology

The process and manufacturing of “K K PRIME WATER” is technically backed and assisted by an Indo Canadian Venture. Both the products KK Prime Water and Soda are manufactured under very stringent hygienic conditions and the treatment procedure is hygienically done conferring to the Bureau of Indian Standard norms. We have ultra Violet System, Ozone Generator, Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filtration System and Pesticides removal systems installed in the plant to manufacture consistent quality. These sophisticated equipments help us to extract all the impurities and microorganisms from the water without using any chemical treatment.
